**Responsibilities**:

- Champion a culture of safety, leading by example and ensuring all stakeholders adhere to best practices.
- Stay updated with local safety regulations, ensuring our operations consistently meet or exceed industry standards.
- Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures to minimize risks and maintain a secure workplace.
- Conduct safety training, workshops, and drills to equip our team with the knowledge needed to Effectively manage and investigate incidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to safety activities and incidents.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an HSE Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications in health and safety
