Your Role

In this role you will lead, plan, develop and implement Organisational Development initiatives to deliver to the St John of God Health Care Strategy and priorities.

Driving greater effectiveness across the Organisational Development life cycle, leading projects and engaging stakeholders on areas such as; a performance development framework, behavioral competencies, job architecture, workforce planning, talent identification, equity, diversity and inclusion, change management programs, engagement surveys and responses, are responsbilities of this role.

Additional accountabilities include creating and delivering leadership programs and pathways, and building capability at all levels within the organization.

The Position- Content and delivery of Leadership programs and pathways at SJGHC, building capability at all leadership levels, aligned to strategic needs. Design and delivery of a suite of new and extended courses.- Ensure Learning outcomes are aligned to strategic need.- Drive innovation in leadership programs through the use of contemporary and best practice materials and approaches to support the SJGHC vision.- Create standalone learning modules to build customized/flexible local offerings to support hospitals and group services.- Deliver outcomes and promote the activities of a Performance Management Centre of Excellence to build capability and organizational development.- Implement and embed a Performance Development framework (life cycle and key events) to support caregiver and leader involvement and engagement.- Calibrate performance development outcomes including training needs.- Build leadership capability through Coaching, mentoring, facilitated workshops, psychometric tools and tailored development.- Support strategic workforce planning and manpower planning initiatives to deliver to future needs.- Support engagement and the employee lifecycle.- Lead talent identification and capability reviews.- Build capacity and capability with relevant stakeholders, people leaders and caregivers to deliver effectively against business need.

It is essential you possess a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or extensive work based Leadership & Management experience, along with an undersanding and experience in Organisational Development.

To succeed, you will have prior experience in designing and implementing learning pathways and development initiatives, career and talent development and succession processes for frontline managers and senior leaders. Experience in a health care environment is beneficial but not essential.

We Can Offer You- Salary - $149,000 to $165,000 per annum (pro-rata if part time), plus 11.5% superannuation- Permanent Full Time position- Central CBD location, close to public transport and working from home options- Salary packaging up to $18,550 on a range of benefits such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation or other everyday living expenses as well as options to salary package benefits above the FBT cap on items such as:
