We are representing a prestigious luxury retailer renowned for its exquisite craftsmanship and timeless designs. We are now seeking a hands on leader, to join the team as Area Manager.

**About the Role**: As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of multiple retail stores within your designated region. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and inspiring a team of Store Managers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive footfall, and maximize sales opportunities.
- Cooperating closely with Visual Merchandising teams to ensure brand consistency and attractive store displays.
- Conducting regular store visits to monitor performance, provide coaching and guidance, and address operational issues.
- Collaborating with the Head Office to communicate market trends, customer feedback, and regional insights.
- Developing and executing strategies to nurture and retain top talent within the region.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales data, KPIs, and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement effective action plans.

- Proven experience as an Area Manager within the luxury retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury fashion market and trends.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets.
