We currently have a Maternity Leave position available for a **Site Administrator** to join our site based project team on one of our key civil construction projects in Western Sydney. Whilst initially this position is a Maternity Leave Contract pending project awards further ongoing opportunity may arise.

**The duties of the role will include**:

- Data entry and maintenance of different systems
- Collection and distribution of documentation / alerts
- Raise work requests / purchase orders / subcontractor claims
- Matching invoices and amending purchase orders
- Receipting of goods against purchase orders
- Updating and maintaining Sydney Site Offices for goods required
- Ordering and maintenance of site office stationary
- Close liaison with Head Office regarding weekly/monthly payment requirements
- Support/assistance for Engineering staff in running financial reports and other miscellaneous documentation requirements
- Travel between sites to collect information required to fulfil duties.
- General office duties such as filing, catering etc.

**To be successful in this position you will**:

- Have proven administration experience, ideally within a similar project environment
- Be highly computer literate with particular experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Have a current minimum Class C drivers license
- Have the ability to work under pressure within tight timeframes
- Have initiative and be proactive in chasing information required to meet deadlines
- Be highly organised
- Be a strong communicator in both your written and verbal work
- Be able to work autonomously to meet team goals
- Any experience with job costing software in particular CHEOPS would also be a distinct advantage
