You will receive support and guidance from our dedicated Area Coordinators, ensuring you have the resources and assistance needed to excel in your role.

**About the role, as the Nominated Supervisor**
- You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Your attention to detail and strong organisational skills will contribute to the overall success of our educational programs.
- You will lead and mentor a team of educators, providing guidance in all areas of the National Quality Framework. Your expertise and passion for education and care will inspire and empower your team to deliver quality educational experiences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders is a critical aspect of this role. You will collaborate with parents, community members, and other professionals to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage reflective practices and quality improvement is a key aspect of this role. Your ability to evaluate and assess educational programs will contribute to the continuous improvement of our service, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the children under our care.
- Your roster initially will be split shifts allowing you to have a strong presence at the service and on the floor, allowing you to develop your team's professional practice and ensure you are meeting the needs of the community. Without compromising the business needs there will be opportunity for block shifts.

In addition, we offer a competitive salary package, including a rate of $40-$45 per hour + Super & Allowances. The annual salary range is $79,000 - $89,000 + Super, with a total remuneration of $87,295 - $98,345 including superannuation.

**Essentials**
- **Proven leadership experience** or Diploma in Children's Services (Out-of-Hours-Care), or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience with the National Quality Standards and My Time Our Place.
- Experience working with 5 to 12 year olds or in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Identify & respond to children and young people at risk **(CHCPRT001) **or willing to obtain.
- Provide first aid in a childcare setting **(HLTAID012)**_(HLTAID04 - superseded)_ or willing to obtain.
- **Requirement **Valid Paid NSW Working with Children Check **(WWCC).**:

- Covid 19 **Vaccination **_(double Vaccinated)_or approved **Medical Exemption.**
