_Your duties will include:_
- Tracking, monitoring, and controlling costs during the project life cycle
- Interpret and assess specifications and standards for their impact on project costs
- Using Planning-Budgeting-Forecasting cost control model to increase profitability by identifying the variances between these cost elements
- Analyse actual cost against planned cost and forecast final cost versus budget
- Creation of tender event schedules for procurement programs
- Budget/ Tender reconciliation, change management and variance analysis
- Quantification and costing of construction work
- Quantity Take-off and preparing Bills of Quantities
- Prepare estimates, quantities, prices, costing for project
- Interface with Project managers to best manage risks and opportunities
- Participate as an effective team member
- Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the tender team
- All other duties as directed by management

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
