We currently have an opportunity for an Architectural Documenter to join our Perth Team.

The Senior Documenter is responsible for the efficient and effective creation of accurate design / documentation for clients, consultants and builders, it also includes:

- coordinating the delivery of assigned projects;
- collaborating with team members working on the project;
- reporting works in progress and the resourcing requirements to the Associate;
- ensuring all projects are delivered on time and on budget;
- ensuring strong relationships/partnerships exist and are maintained with clients;
- maintaining high quality standards in all aspects of work / business.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- min 4+ years local experience
- excellent Revit, Sketch-Up, Photoshop, Microsoft Office expertise;
- Commercial of Industrial experience preferred;
- organised, and able to prioritise effectively;
- experience in documenting project’s from start to finish, on time and within budget;
- liaising & developing strong relationships with peers, clients and consultants
- understanding of design/documentation regulations and legislation
- excellent local construction knowledge;
- good experience across a broad range of project types;
- excellent communication skills
