**A place to make a difference**:
In this full time (or part-time, minimum 3 days per week) maximum-term (through to June 2025) role, you’ll individually support vulnerable families in the Armadale West area to access services they need to ensure their children thrive. As part of our Early Years team, you’ll report to our Team Leader.
- You will make a difference by: _
- Engaging with families of young children identified as vulnerable by the Armadale West Early Years Partnership local working group
- Connect families with early years services and program
- Connect and support families to access services to meet their needs
- Manage and build relationship with key stakeholders
- Contribute to local strategy to improve early years’ service provision and collaboration in the area.
