**TBM Analyst (6 months Temporary Opportunity)**:

**In this role, you'll**:

- Contribute in the development and execution of the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework, ensuring alignment with IT business standards, governance, and financial management.
- Automate, integrate, and validate data from diverse sources, enhancing data quality to deliver actionable insights and metrics for key stakeholders.
- Offer technical advice and document business requirements for both new and existing solutions, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align business improvements with long-term strategic objectives.
- Assist in IT expenditure monitoring and reporting efforts, identifying new use cases to improve cost transparency, performance metrics, and industry benchmarking.
- Provide stakeholders with strategic insights into IT service costs, consumption, and performance, driving informed decision-making and enhanced transparency.

**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience in implementing a Technology Business Management (TBM) program within a large services or government environment.
- Experience with TBM tools, preferably Apptio, or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Strong data analysis skills to integrate financial and non-financial data, providing insights to enhance business outcomes and drive value.
- Knowledge of IT services and financial management processes, including budgeting, cost allocations, capital/operating expenses, and portfolio management.
