**About Insitu Pacific**
Insitu Pacific delivers industry-leading uncrewed aerial system (UAS) services to Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. Our expertise, operational experience, and knowledge has established Insitu Pacific as a key provider of end-to-end advanced multi-domain ISR solutions.
Since 2009, our people, partnerships, suppliers and local flight testing and training facilities have effectively supported defence, commercial and civil customers. We are committed to maintaining and further developing our local supply chains and supporting Australia's sovereign capability as a vital component to a strong Australian defence industry sector.
Located in Alderley, Insitu Pacific head office is less than 10 minutes' drive from Army's Gallipoli Barracks in Enoggera, and 20 minutes from Brisbane CBD.
**The Opportunity**
Seeking an enthusiastic and experienced General Hand to join the Insitu Pacific team. The General Hand is responsible for assisting Insitu Pacific's Environment, Health & Safety, Security & Fire Protection and Facilities Specialist, with a variety of general maintenance, cleaning and escort activities at our sites.
**Responsibilities**
- Site maintenance including; painting, minor carpentry work, pest control, furniture moving, and other general maintenance as required.
- Daily vehicle inspection; checking fluid levels, tyre pressure and lights.
- Cleaning of vehicles, warehouse and office fixtures.
- Escorting of contractors.
- Pickups and deliveries.
**Experience/Qualifications**
To be successful in this role:
- Trade Background with 5 years experience
- Forklift Licence
- Current Driver Licence
- Good hand skills and the ability to use handheld power tools
- Good communication and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong focus on safety
- Australia citizenship to meet Australian Defence security requirements.
