**What you will do**
- Manage Stryker's inventory of medical devices to ensure we have the right products in the right locations so that surgeries can take place
- Liaise with our hospital customers and internal teams to solve supply constraint issues.
- Develop strong internal relationships across Sales, Operations and all areas of Customer Service.
- Build trusting customer relationships with various hospital staff, including operating theatre and sterilisation teams.
- Work with sales managers to determine loan inventory consignment needs.
- Managing the transfer of equipment between states to cover any local shortages.
- Driving a positive Customer Experience

**Who we are looking for**
- Positive team players who are passionate about what they do
- Experience in the medical device/healthcare industry is preferred but not required
- Experience in logistics/inventory management preferred but not required
- Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to solve problems and navigate difficult conversations with confidence
