Coxswain

Play hard jet ski hire is looking for 2 x coxswain grade 1 certified to run jet ski tours with full training provided in Wollongong NSW.

This is a small family business we would be welcoming you into with a negotiated employment agreement on the hours which work for you and us. Eg Full time, part time, casual or contact.

We have currently been running tours in Sydney for licenced customers which have been safe and successful and we have spent 3 years trying to get unlicensed Jet ski hire which looks like it's in its final stages.

So here we are We are after 2 or 3 coxswain staff with excellent communication skills, ability to follow direction and good with time management.

You will be required to prove your ability to swim 50m in under 60 seconds and must be available for training prior to tours starting.

First aid and CPR is a must or willingness to obtain.

Unless a applicant has excellent jet ski tour management experience everyone will start on a training wage until efficent at their role, which I can not imagine would take long.

Essentially we want to keep the right employees with a positive attitude to the job who is willing to improve safety and the business.

Coxswain licence takes an average of 6 months to obtain, applicants without being currently enrolled in a class or already hold the certificate won't be considered sorry.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
