Hydromill Supervisor

With its unique skills and experience in underground works, Ghella is involved in the construction of many infrastructure projects such as subways, railways, motorways and major road, significate water and hydraulic works.

We are seeking an experienced Hydromill Supervisor to join our company.

Main Responsibilities:

- Oversee the operation of hydromill equipment on site, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
- Lead and supervise a team of hydromill operators, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Develop and implement work schedules and production plans to meet project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, including the use of protective equipment and safe work practices.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, production rates, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Previous experience in a mechanical engineering technican role
- At least 3 years of experience in hydromill operations.
- Strong knowledge of site techniques, hydromill equipment, including assembly/disassembly, setup, maintenance and repair.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Good organisation and time management skills
