**About Us**

We are a GP and Skin clinic based in Ivanhoe looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and caring Dermal Clinician to join our team to provide advanced skin treatments. We perform a wide range of services for the treatment of skin cancer and for aesthetic purposes; such as pigment, vascular and rejuvenation.

We’re looking for somebody who is deeply passionate about skin care as well as providing the ultimate customer service experience for our amazing clients.

You will be working to support our doctors and give our patients the best outcomes possible.

Our demographic is discerning, well-educated and loyal. They are appreciative of a high-quality, non-pushy, ethical and unhurried service. Many clients are professional people aged 35 to 60+, who utilise both our GP and our extended services.

Remuneration will be competitive, and negotiable depending upon skills and experience. We are not an "in and out", high-throughput type clinic, but rather aim to foster longer term client relationships.

**Your Role will include**:

- Using our laser machine (fotona dyamis pro - erbium/ndyag) for both cosmetic and medical use
- Assistance in LED skin cancer and other medical therapies (Photodynamic Therapy)
- Consult with clients to determine skin concerns, assess the condition of the skin and develop an appropriate treatment program.
- Perform advanced skin treatments involving laser, peels, skin needling, microdermabrasion etc.
- Educate clients about their skin concerns and how to look after their skin long term
- Provide home care product advice and recommendations

**Skills and qualifications required**:

- Bachelor of Dermal Science
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Willing to continuously learn and grow as a practitioner
- Knowledge and/or ability to communicate in a busy business setting;
- Ability to prioritise, organise and perform tasks efficiently;
- Commitment to ongoing training;
- Self-driven and motivated person who is great working independently and a part of the team.

Bonus points for:

- Laser Safety certificate
- Experience in laser and cosmetic treatments
- Experience with PRP and blood collection

We are looking for a permanent part time team member for 2-3 days per week with some flexibility required for covering annual leave.
- How many years' experience do you have as a Dermal Clinician?
- Do you have a current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment?

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
