**The Project**

The Utilities business are the preferred contractor on two of the largest energy infrastructure projects within the Australian energy sector, one of these projects is located in Queensland and the other in New South Wales. These two exciting opportunities secure a pipeline of work until 2027 and include the design & construction of new transmission lines and substations.

**What will a day in this role look like**:

- Provide day to day advice and dispute management solutions in line with industrial instruments and fair treatment process.
- Strategically contribute to workforce planning and oversee the transfer of employees between projects ensuring employee engagement.
- Maintain reporting and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with the Project’s State Requirements Target including Social Procurement, Aboriginal Engagement and Priority Job Seeker Targets

**What are we looking for you to bring to the team**:

- You will have extensive IR Manager experience, preferably working on large infrastructure projects (site experience highly regarded)
- Tertiary qualifications in HR / IR or a related discipline
- Results/goal driven work experience and focus
- Experience managing key internal and external stakeholders, including being a key interface with the client
- Proactively seek to continuously improve performance, deliverables, and work efficiencies.
