**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Debriefing (Auditing) drivers’ paperwork ensuring all is fully and correctly completed in line with company procedures and requirements.
- Completing daily cross checks and reconciliation of trip pack paperwork (logbook vs Fatigue sheet and Pallet documentation) and validating any down time to remove time wastage.
- Validating Pallet movements documentation on the 2IC pallet management system.
- Incident and insurance reporting and following up to ensure all matters are closed out in timely manner.
- Coaching and holding driver’s accountable on their paperwork quality & compliance.
- Reporting non-conformance to management.
- Processing client orders and managing stock allocations
- General administrative duties as required.
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Demonstrated safety and compliance focus.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a transport or logistics administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate with Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of transport management systems and processes.
- Excellent time management & multi-tasking skills.
- Very strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
