HR Administrator

At Kickin’Inn Australia, we are looking for a dynamic, positive person who is looking at starting their career as a **HR Administration**. This person will play a prominent role in our company by making sure our vision is achieved through People Centric initiatives and objectives. **The role suits a junior person with some good experience.**

**Criteria**:

- Has completed relevant education in HR
- Understands HR initiatives
- Has worked in HR and taken HR related decisions
- Is well planned and knows the scope of the role
- Has produced JD’s, policies and is able to define People related principles
- Has HR Administrative skills

**Must**:

- Love their job
- Have a car and driver’s license
- Be able to speak in front of groups
- Understand QSR [ Quick Service Restaurant] Business
- Have a bubbly, humble and cheerful personality
- Be able to work on KPI’s and produce good quality work
- Be self-managed & self-inspired
- Understand that administration is part of the job
- Be available to work office based, Monday to Friday covering the core hours of 9am to 5pm
- Be a Team Player who is ready to support operations
- Be a believer in workplace culture
- Understand the dynamics of a growing company

This person will report directly into the CEO who will coach and guide them. The role is crucial to the success of the brand hence it is a base growth role - suited to someone with combined skills and want to grow to C-Suite. **Salary**: $66,000.00 - $77,800.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
