**Exciting opportunity to join our Operations Excellence team**
As a **Business Metrics Officer** at DHL, You will work with our Operations Excellence team to drive the standardisation of reporting systems within DHL Supply Chain Australia. Working closely with our operations teams you will ensure both existing business and new customer operations are getting it 'Right First Time'.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Drive the standardisation, quality and usage of reporting systems including Intelex and relevant modules
- Provide training to key stakeholders on utilisation of reporting systems to drive value
- Ensuring systems closely match operating structures
- Audits and investigations at a site level
- Daily interaction with stakeholders
- Travel to sites (NSW and interstate) for training and audit purposes

**You have the following qualities & qualifications**:

- Intermediate MS Office; specifically MS Excel
- Strong administrative skills with an attention to detail
- Good problem solving skills
- Experience within a 3PL environment and good warehouse knowledge
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Strong work ethic and discipline to work to timelines
