Commonfolk specialises in artist management, label services, live event promotion, merchandise production and book publishing.

AIM Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator works as a key part of the Marketing Team to support and execute digital marketing activations and campaigns across Commonfolk Records, Publishing and Touring Promotion (Presents).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- MARKETING TASKS _
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote artists, albums, tours, and special events.
- Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement to foster a vibrant online presence.
- Brief in and manage the process of creating compelling digital content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (international) to coordinate promotional activities and ensure cohesive brand messaging. o _External Partners include International Agents and Touring Promoters in Europe, United Kingdom and Ireland, North America, South Africa, Latin America and beyond. It is critical the Digital Marketing coordinator can communicate effectively and have an understanding and appreciation of international cultures, languages and marketing differences. _
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively recommend innovative strategies.
- Plan, execute, manage, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across various channels, such as Meta, TikTok, Music DSP platforms, display ads, and search engine marketing (SEM).
- Provide regular reports and insights to the Marketing Manager and Artist Manager, summarising campaign performance, audience feedback, and actionable recommendations for optimisation.
- R&D _Understanding of global trends, in music and in social media and bring ideas to the Marketing Manager of how we can adopt new techniques or trends into marketing campaigns
- QUALITIFICATIONS _
- AQF Bachelor Degree in Media or equivalent (specialisation in entertainment highly regarded)

2+ years of experience in digital marketing within the music or entertainment industry.
- Must have experience with Show/Festival Promotion Marketing
- Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Sprout Social.
- Strong understanding of digital analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights and DSP platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Understanding of International languages/cultures also highly advantageous.
- Fluent in Dutch also advantageous for communication with our key company partner.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content ideas and campaign concepts.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for music and events and a genuine interest in industry trends and developments.

**Salary**: $69,999.00 - $70,000.00 per year
