**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The main purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service levels to our customers/partners and provide support to our sales team.

There is also a nod towards directly supporting our CEO with administrative tasks and diary management.

You will be responsible for data entry of sales orders and administration tasks, you will ensure accurate fulfilment of our customer's orders, upgrades, and renewals.

**KEY DUTIES INCLUDE**:

- Maintaining diaries and making travel arrangements
- Updating our on-demand training program with new content
- Sales support for our in-house and external sales reps
- Maintain budgets
- Office supplies replenishment
- Xero reconciliations
- Attend and take minutes of meetings, both in the office and other locations
- Events admin coordination

- General administration tasks
- Spreadsheet record keeping
- Data entry of customer orders

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE or KEY ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED**:

- Well-organized, systematic & highly skilled in time management
- Exceptional communication skills
- A pro-active nature with a desire to WOW our clients
- Highly driven and self-motivated
- Exceptional attention to detail & customer service orientated
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, working to deadlines
- Experience in Microsoft Office, and Google products

**HIGHLY DESIRED**:

- Experience in Xero or similar financial software program
- Experience in Infusionsoft/Keap or similar CRM software
- Experience in Excel
- Knowledge of LMS (learner management systems) is preferable.
