**We are seeking two passionate Support Workers** to provide holistic in-home support for our clients located in the **Melbourne CBD, Albert Park & Footscray**.

- **About the role**_

An opportunity for Support Workers to have steady and reliable work starting at 10-12 hours/week with a potential to increase up to 15-20 hours/week for the right person.

Must be able and willing to provide:

- **Community access - **Transport to and from medical/therapy appointments, advocacy, social access, participation in activities that express personal interests
- **Domestic assistance -**general tidying, meal preparation
- **Activities of daily living -**therapy led activities, hobbies, advocacy
- **Personal care (case by case) -**showering, toileting, dressing, general hygiene and grooming assistance
- **About you**_
- Flexible availability across morning, evenings, overnights and weekends.
- An approachable personality that keeps things light and fun, while maintaining a client-centred focus
- Ability to think creatively, take ownership and follow through with activities that benefit and positively stimulate client interests.
- Own Car and full-driver's license
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or willing to obtain).
- National Police Check (or willing to obtain).
- Working with Children Clearance (or willing to obtain).
- Desired but not mandatory: Experience in Mental Health support and advocacy

Pay: $32.73 per hour
