**Sales Administrator**

We are looking for a **Sales Administrator** who is a skilled proactive and motivated person to make a valuable contribution towards the Royal Australian Mint’s business objectives.

**Duties**
- Supporting the AUSTRAC (AML/CTF) compliance program and related processes, work instructions and documentation.
- Managing the operations of the Contact Centre in relation to customer service, order processing and data entry and manage the contact centre team, including providing leadership, training and monitoring of new systems.
- Managing the administration of the Mint’s loyalty Program.
- Attending and supporting at Domestic retail events.
- Ensuring compliance to HSE standards through safe work practices and appropriate training.
- Supporting the administration of The Mint’s Anti Money Laundering Counter Terrorism.
- Identifying, mitigating and documenting risks that will impact on own and team work outcomes.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders on moderately complex operational and administrative matters to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- Coordinating and managing training requirements within the retail sales team - specifically relating to the Mint’s ability to provide an engaging and positive customer experience.
- Coordinating and managing process documentation for the sales branch to ensure on time completion, in order to maintain accreditations.
- Organising minute and completing documentation relating to stakeholder meetings for internal processes.
- Prioritising and managing own workflow as section and organisation requires.
- Undertaking other duties to support the Sales team as directed which may include other administrative duties.

**Skills and abilities**
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated experience with record keeping practices preferably in the public sector.
- An understanding of management systems such as online portals, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems & MRP systems (such as EPICOR).
- In-depth research skills including the ability to source and cite relevant information from external sources when required.
- Proven ability to source and interpret legislation and translate to organizational requirements and recommendations. Experience to undertake and collate research to draft reports to a high standard.
- Ability to work with adaptability and flexibility with competing priorities to ensure tight deadlines are met with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgement and use initiative.

**Security clearance**
