Boilermaker

A full-time opportunity for an experienced Boiler Maker (metal fabricator) is available. The responsibilities will include working with and supporting the team with design, repairs, maintenance and ongoing support at our Brooklyn Plant. This is a full time position with the potential to earn $60,000 - $80,000.

**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
Repair of metal or steel structures/pipes/boilers makers on site
Welding, cutting, cleaning, shaping smoothing metal section for machinery
Examining mechanical design of structures including specifications and blueprints
Utilising tools and machinery for metal fabrication
Attending safety meetings as required and follow highest standards of safety protocols
Communicating with teams and supervisors in a collaboratives manner to achieve site objectives.

**About you**:
Previous experience in a similar role for a large organisation is paramount as is evidence of a Boiler Maker/Metal Fabricator Trade Qualification
Effective and efficient fault finding and diagnostic skills
Ability to meet deadlines and goals
Strong work ethic
Ability to work as part of the team and individually
