**Salesforce Functional Consultant - Australian Citizenship required.**

This government agency is undertaking major work programs to deliver innovative fit-for-need ICT-based solutions.

We are seeking highly skilled and energetic Salesforce Functional Consultants to join the OCIO. You will provide business analysis, design and agile collaboration skills to configure Salesforce solutions which improve the organization through a better Participant experience. You have an opportunity to really make a difference.

**Duties**
- Assess business objectives, formulating solution options, and driving stakeholder support
- Be part of agile delivery, capturing functional requirements, converting them to Epics, User stories
- Configure OOTB components.
- Progress to holding end-to-end functional responsibilities as it relates to the analysis, design, built, test, and deployment of enterprise level solutions including the assessment of viable solution options, formulating and presenting solution options to various levels of business stakeholders

**Essential Criteria**
- Minimum 3 years working as a Salesforce Functional Analysts
- Experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud & Communities
- Business Process mapping / Re-engineering background for B2C & B2B Service processes ideally in disability and health care sector
- Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops with senior and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Demonstrated systems delivery experience working in multi-disciplinary teams in Agile and similar methods to co-ordinate and assure systems delivery outcomes
- Great communication skills

**Desirable Criteria**
- At least 1 full cycle implementation of a Vlocity solution, healthcare industry area is desirable.
- Achieved at least Vlocity Certified Platform Developer or Consultant level certification.
- Demonstrated prior knowledge and experience of complex government and or government based insurance schemes
