- A new opportunity has come about for an experienced UX designer to join a globally iconic Australian brand within their digital team. Our client is a well established brand and industry leader, seeking an experienced UX designer to work across a variety of customer facing digital products.**Responsibilities**:

- As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of design within our client’s organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create product strategies and envision intricate UX ecosystems, pushing the boundaries of what is achievable. With a clear vision for our customers and a passion for forward-thinking design, you will guide research and design processes, mentor your talented team members, and work closely with leaders from other product and engineering teams to create innovative experiences across our product ecosystem. This role bridges experience design and research, ensuring a unified customer voice within our organization.
- To succeed in this role, you will align customer needs, business goals, and technology platforms, championing the customer experience both within our clients company and across the industry.**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of UX design experience, including leadership roles in fast-paced environments.
- Tertiary qualification in a related field preferred such as a degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Computer Science with a focus on UX development; or a degree in Graphic Design with a focus on UX design.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end UI/UX design, from concept to launch.
- Knowledge and experience with Design Thinking and Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking / HCD, Lean).
- Proficiency in tools such as project management software, design collaboration platforms, and prototyping tools.
- Expertise in building interactive prototypes for web and mobile using modern technologies.
- Passionate about solving customer problems through outstanding design, open to collaboration and constructive feedback. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
