Australian Country Choice promotes a culture of accessible leadership, work-life balance and a healthy positive wellbeing where you can be your genuine self. We’re hiring for a Site Groundskeeper who’ll be based at our 40-hectare primary processing site in Cannon Hill.

A rewarding and fast-paced role, duties include:

- Performing landscaping services including mowing, edging, sweeping/blowing, pruning, hedge / tree trimming, weed control & turf maintenance
- Garden refreshing - woodchip, mulch, new plants etc.
- External pressure washing of buildings
- Removal of all garden waste and transfer to authorised waste transfer station
- Ensure the cleanliness of the Site equipment, and maintenance facility

Sure, we’re ideally looking for an experienced and capable Site Groundskeeper, but more importantly you’ll bring energy, integrity, grit and humility.

Our perfect person might come with some of the following skills, behaviours, and values:

- Previous experience in Grounds /Landscaping maintenance services
- Valid Manual driver’s license with a good driving record - Mandatory
- Previous use of zero turn ride on mowers, push mower, Whipper Snippers, Chainsaw & Pole Saws and general lawn equipment
- Ability to multi-task; work with limited supervision and make sound decisions
- High standard of integrity and reliability
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Bobcat Ticket ideal but not mandatory - we can train
- A team player - you don’t need other to ask you for help because you’ve already offered
