Lecturer, Architecture

Contributing to the student experience and teaching quality, the successful applicant will bring with them experience as a practicing architect, as well as strong industry connections. Working alongside other academics within the Department of Architecture and Industrial Design, the Lecturer, Architecture will contribute to the school’s objectives as a leading institute for design education and research.

**About You**
**To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities**:

- Demonstrated ability to manage curriculum, and high-quality teaching in Architecture with outstanding graduate outcomes
- An emerging track record of high-quality research in Architecture or other related areas, as evidenced by publications and non-traditional research outcomes
- An emerging track record in attracting external research income through competitive grants and/or industry collaboration
- Demonstrated substantial professional practice as an architect in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry, strong professional networks and evidence of expertise in design

**Qualifications**
- Membership of an appropriate Professional body
- An earned doctoral qualification in Architecture or associated field
