**About the role**:
The APS 6 Case Management is accountable under limited direction to undertake complex work that is guided by legislation, policies, procedures, standards, methodologies and precedents. This position is a team leadership position within the business and will have delegated authority and responsibility to resolve issues and risks across a range of activities.

The role is required to provide leadership, control, planning, resource management, performance management and decision-making for the Team Membership within the work area.

The position is required to provide detailed technical, professional, policy, operational support and advice in relation to complex problems. Where required, the role will coordinate and assist in the strategic planning, program and project management and policy development that support the business's objectives.

**Duties**:

- Obtain necessary information and advice to effectively resolve business matters.
- Prepare documents detailing resolution options and outcomes at Case Management meetings.
- Attend Case Conferences, Conciliations and Hearings conducted by the business. Prepare and maintain electronic record keeping, including evidence supporting decision-making processes and justifying conclusions reached during the case management process.
