**About Us**

We are an ecommerce company / women's footwear brand based in Sydney. Our aim is to create the most comfortable shoes.

**The Position**:
We are looking for an ambitious individual experienced with google ads to take control and manage our Google/Youtube advertising end-to-end. From content creation to running and optimising the ads. We currently aren't advertising on these channels and so your role will focus on generating sales, brand awareness and remarketing from these channels.

**Daily Tasks**:

- Manage and run Google Ads for our brand. Tasks such as setup, integrations, budgeting, conversion tracking, testing, management, optimisation, data analysis and reporting.
- Working with our content team to plan ads for Google and Youtube
- Create weekly reports on the results of each campaign
- Analyse the data to optimize the campaigns by spending less on areas with low return and spend more on areas with higher return. (Increase ROI)
- Work closely with our Marketing Director to implement and track results, whilst also looking for new ways to market our products.
- Create and develop new strategies for constant optimization and improvement.

**We are looking for someone who has**:

- 2+ years of proven experience with all aspects of AdWords including Paid Search, Remarketing, Display Network, YouTube, and Shopping Ads (PLAs), Keyword Research, Competition Research
- 2+ years of experience running and utilizing detailed campaign analytics and metrics to make informed recommendations using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Lucky Orange, etc.
- 2+ years demonstrated experience as an effective communicator and partner with company executives to drive data-driven and successful website optimizations to maximize campaign ROI.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for advertising.

**Bonus Points**
- Experience with SEO, SEM
- Experience with Bing Ads
- Highly motivated with a strong personal drive to succeed
- Delved into Ecommerce before and have knowledge around it.
