**The Role**

This exciting, hands-on role involves responsibility for the following:

- Assist in policies and procedures to ensure complacency and acting in accordance with the approved standards.
- Ensure high performance and reliability of server and network infrastructure.
- Ensure backup integrity and conduct regular disaster recovery and business continuity drills.
- Assist with high level of ICT security.
- Conduct root cause analysis for Infrastructure related problems that arise.

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 10 years' experience in ICT.
- High level technical knowledge and expertise in the management of IT systems supporting a mobile and geographically workforce.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Azure Stack, Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint, Teams and O365.
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- MUST be an Australian citizen and have an Australian Defence NV-1 clearance.
