The executive team of a Melbourne born, global non-alcoholic wine brand, are in need of an outstanding assistant who can engage with a broad range of tasks and manage their busy schedule.

This includes their day-to-day activities with diplomacy, polish and exceptional attention to detail. This person will also be the lynchpin of the team, overseeing the day-to-day operations and making sure everything runs smoothly and to a consistently high standard.

**What do you do?**
- Management of CEO’s diary, meetings and correspondence.
- Coordination of domestic and international travel for all staff
- Preparation and formatting of reports, business papers and presentations
- Administrative work as required
- Ad-hoc research and roll-out project work as required
- Overseeing office services and procedures and being the first point of contact
- Working with department leads when required, also helping plan their schedules if required
- Planning and coordination of office and staff events
- Ad-hoc HR with employee wellbeing and engagement activities

**What do you need?**
- Experience providing support at a senior level and while there's an emphasis on professionalism and polish.
- Demonstrate a positive, “can-do” attitude
- Be highly organised with the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong MS office skills
- Personal characteristics include integrity, reliability and trustworthiness.
- Have strong networking and communication abilities in a variety of settings.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
