One of our federal government clients has released a large requirement for a range of Manual Test Analysts.
- Trainee Test Analyst
- Junior Test Analyst
- Test Analyst
- Senior Test Analyst
- Test Lead
- Test Manager
- Program Test Manager

**Summary Responsibilities**

**Create and Execute Test Artefacts**:

- Develop and execute high-quality test artifacts such as requirements matrices, test cases, defects, etc.
- Adhere to section standards and guidelines for documentation.

**Collaboration and Stakeholder Management**:

- Actively collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships within the test team and across the ICT Division, business, and operational areas.

**Communication Skills**:

- Tailor communication (both written and verbal) to respective audiences.

**Training and Mentorship**:

- Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to junior and trainee members of the test team.
- Demonstrate experience in training and mentoring staff.

**Strategic Thinking and Innovation**:

- Contribute to strategic thinking and innovation within the team to increase efficiencies in the delivery of quality outcomes.
- Advocate for the test team and its benefits across the organization.

**Documentation Management**:

- Maintain documentation to support test delivery, meet reporting obligations, and define quality standards for the test team.

**Technical Advice and Knowledge Sharing**:
**Compliance and Security**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Obtain and maintain security clearances and employment suitability clearances as required.

**Experience with Delivery Methodologies**:

- Experience with differing delivery methodologies, including but not limited to Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps.
