**Job model** - Hybrid
Under his/her stewardship, to proactively manage the timely replenishment of ingredients into the premix plant (or other locations) for the intention to produce premix or reselling. Under his/her responsibility, to keep plants’ (or warehouse) inventory level at optimal level, that enables on-time in full delivery to customers.

**Your key responsibilities**
- To plan for ingredient replenishment into premix plant or warehouse within the country in a timely manner, up to 4 months supply plan M+4 (several times a month review).
- To track inbound logistics and make sure goods arrive just-in-time (regularly).
- To resolve any supply gaps when they arise, with the best economical option available (ad-hoc).
- To place orders to suppliers for local supplied ingredients and follow up with deliveries (regularly).
- To work with all stakeholders to reduce or eliminate “stocks at risk” (regularly). To assess supply availability and ensure no supply gap up to 1 month supply plan M+1 (weekly).
- To plan ‘next day’ process orders based on sales order RETA and send for production (daily). To attend local meetings to stay abreast with latest developments and interact with stakeholders (regularly; when needed).

**You bring**
- Bachelor degree and/or with relevant planning experience.
- At least 3-5 years of experience with multi-national enterprises in production planning.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of MRPII or SAP preferred.
- Ability to learn and adapt to business requirement.
- Good communication to work with internal and external stakeholders.
