**THE ROLE***

Due to an increase in demand for services a role has been created to ensure seamless end to end customer service and compliance. Responsibilities will include.
- Ensure compliance with strict OH&S policies.
- Schedule installation of products in a timely manner.
- Work to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to ensure clearly set deadlines and expectations.
- Work to develop and mentor site Coordinators, Fabricators, and Installers.
- Organise and coordinate delivery of materials.
- Oversee and coordinate with Drafting team.
- Engage with maintenance staff to ensure planned maintenance is completed without impacting delivery schedules.

**ABOUT YOU***

Ideally you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Be resilient and able to work under pressure with key stake holders. Have strong leadership skills and be highly organized to deliver projects on schedule. Have experience with medium to large teams including teams working on sites. Be a hands-on lead from the front, solution-oriented person.

**Essential Skills***
- Extensive experience with manufacturing and fabrication.
- Ability to ensure high quality end products.
- Comfortable engaging with a verity of key stake holders.
- Highly organised.
- Experienced with planning and scheduling.
