**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
- Registration as a Licensed Surveyor in NSW or eligible for registration.
- Proven experience in land surveying, including the use of modern surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and UAVs.
- Strong understanding of current surveying techniques, data analysis, and legal requirements.
- Ability to prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with various stakeholders including engineers, architects, and local authorities.
- Proficiency in surveying software and data processing.
