**Position** - Full time employee with a full salary, holidays and super.

Working days - We work Mon to Friday plus we all receive 4 weeks annual leave, AND it gets better, so keep reading.

**Working hours**
- **8am to 4.06pm** inclusive of lunch and smoko,

OR

This is an awesome incentive, and it sounds a little unusual, so you may need to read over this a few times before it sinks in, I had to.

If you choose to (completely your choice)
**work an extra 24 minutes each day**, finishing slightly later, at 4.30pm rather than 4.06pm, you will receive 1 Rostered day off each month that you can take any day you like. Therefore, you can work one less day a month

or

Save up three rostered days off then add this to any given weekend that you like, AND. whilst everyone else is enjoying Sydney’s COLD, WET, DREARY WWWWW-WINTER, you can
**spend 5 days in Bali every three months, just like Kim Kardashian and Jay-Z. (we just provide the time, we don't pay for your trip)**

**The Position - Administration** - You don’t need a degree. But if you are friendly, you like to smile occasionally and If you have all the abilities below, and or the ability to learn the ones you don’t have, then that is/ these are, all the qualifications you require.
- Past-experience talking to people - we do this face to face and on a very busy day you will receive about 20 phone calls.
- Some of our clients are trades people, and not all of them are on the cutting edge of political correctness, the latest pronoun inclusion or the most recent word that you are no longer permitted to use, so please, just like the rest of us, we also need you to be a little forgiving.
- Work well in a small team environment.
- Client complaints - Should any arise, simply follow the set process we teach you, anything you can’t handle, just pass over to the sales manager or office manager.
- Provide a good level of customer service when required. What level?.... you wonder. The same level that you want to receive when you need help.
- Prepare sales reports from the data base system for your manager.
- Stock ordering, keeping abreast of stock levels and reorder.
- General admin.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously when your manager is away from the office.

**Salary** - First year - $70,000 plus super.
