About the role
The purpose of this role is to provide high quality evidence based clinical management, treatment and care to patients requiring obstetrics and Gynaecology services within the Women's and Newborn Service Line at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH). This care will be provided within the scope of practice granted by MNH Credentialling. The exceptional care that our patients receive is provided through multidisciplinary teamwork, leadership and the effective implementation of quality and safety systems. The position also actively participates in research, the development and implementation of education and training, not just with medical staff but across the multidisciplinary team in line with best practice. This position will also assist the Clinical Director of Obstetrics and Gynaecology to manage the resources of the department to best meet clinical workload and financial targets.
