Red Steakhouse & Bar overlooking the marina at Sanctuary Cove Village has a new steak & game menu by hatted chef Andrew McCrea and we are now seeking Head Waiters to manage your section with personal runner to assist you. You must have sales ability and training experience to mentor your junior. You are not required to do the dirty work need industry professionals only.

Flat rate $35/hour

Great tips - negotiate your %. Staff discounts at other restaurants, staff meal & drink.

We are closed from Dec 25 to Jan 2nd. Have Christmas and New Years off with family

What you will bring to the table:

- 4 years or more of restaurant experience
- Section waiter that can control, sell and entertain 25+ guests at one time.
- Intermediate wine knowledge
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Charisma, humour and energetic attitude to the role
- Your own vehicle or live nearby
- Ability to work at least a Saturday night and 2+ mid week shifts. You do not need to work every weekend shift
- Can train junior staff
- Advanced English language and well-groomed
