Passionate about engaging with the community to develop and enhance sport and recreation opportunities? You will thrive in this role. As part of our Community Capacity Building team your primary focus is on delivering the objectives of the Every Club Program, a partnership funded by the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries.
- Demonstrated experience working in Community Development with a sport and recreation focus.
- Experience in development, implementation and evaluation of programs, events and activities, with a sport and/or recreation focus.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of barriers and opportunities to the ongoing development of strong community sport and recreation sector, as well as experience in building the capacity of clubs, groups and organisations.

We are offering a gross salary of **$82,627** per annum and:

- 11% superannuation with the opportunity to co-contribute up to 5%
- A variety of health and wellbeing programmes including a physical health reimbursement subsidy payment of up to $150 per annum, free flu vaccinations, free skin cancer checks, mental health programs and Employee Assistance Provider (EAP) services
- Flexible working arrangements, including rostered days off and two additional paid days of absence per annum
- Training and development opportunities including paid study leave and study fees
- Salary packaging opportunities for motor vehicles.
