**About the Company**

**About the Role**
The Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Advisor is responsible for the development and implementation of HSEQ policies and processes that promote employee commitment, competence, and performance and that facilitate the continual improvement of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS). The initial focus of the role is system compliance with a long-term trajectory aimed at field observation and auditing.

**Duties**
- Ensure WH&S and related legislative compliance
- Liaise with regulatory government departments re WH&S, environmental or auditing queries
- Educate and train in company code of conduct, policies, protocols, values and behaviours
- Maintain the audit program and procedures for periodic audits of the QSE IMS
- Ensure the continuous suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the organisations IMS
- Lead and manage HSEQ projects

**Skills & Experience**
- Successful, recent experience in a similar capacity
- Accredited auditing qualifications are highly desirable
- Willingness to work a full-time role with interstate travel
- High level organisation and communication skills
