**About the Role**

We are seeking a driven, organised and motivated administration trainee to join and support our growing administration team.

As a Trainee you will complete a Certificate III in Business and Customer Service over an 12 month period, whilst gaining valuable hands-on experience within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities of role include
- General Administration Support
- IT Contractor Administration
- Operations Administration Support
- Office and Meeting Room set ups
- Organising all office supplies/stationary
- Assisting and organising office catering

**Skills & Experience**

To be successful in this role we are looking for the below attributes.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Good basic admin, typing and data entry skills
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet objectives within set timeframes
- A strong willingness to learn and the ability to learn new tasks quickly
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Keen interest in the hospitality and tourism industry
