Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team? Look no further Our client who is a national high end retail business are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead their operations in North of Brisbane.

**Responsibilities;**
- Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products
- Ensure the accuracy of inventory and timely fulfillment of customer orders
- Monitor the performance and reporting of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound & inventory control
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety and health regulations
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Manage budgets & offer solutions
- Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders

**About you;**
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
- Proven ability to support a high performing team
