Meka Recruitment are working with a large metal supply company and due to their expansion and increased workload they are looking for committed machine operators to join their growing team in Crestmead.

A Machine Operator is responsible for Various day-to-day operations to manufacture the metal products, from set up and loading to operating machinery safely and efficiently.

**About the role**
- Monitoring and maintaining warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Measure and load Materials into the production Machine
- Setting up machinery and manufacturing equipment
- Keeping a clean and safe workstation
- Operating a forklift to move supplies around the warehouse
- Monster operation of the Machine
- Will have a forklift licence with at least 2 years experience operating a forklift
- Will be reliable and willing to make a long-term commitment.
- Will have own transport to get to and from work, As there in no public transport nearby
- Will have the ability to work well in a team and well as individually
- Will have a great understanding of WHS

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Crestmead, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Machine operating: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
