**The Role**:
International SOS is currently recruiting for Payroll and Reporting Administrator to join our dynamic HR Team based in Sydney. You’ll be instrumental in providing comprehensive onboarding and offboarding, as well as contract support across our thriving Australia and New Zealand operations. **Key responsibilities**:

- Onboard and Offboard: Take charge of employee transitions in the Chris 21 Payroll system.
- Payroll System: Ensure employee onboarding and offboarding align with payment and legislative requirements.
- HRIS & Payroll System: Manage employee data and movements in HRIS and payroll systems to ensure system alignment and best practice.
- Inbox Management: Handle inbox traffic and responses efficiently.
- Record Maintenance: Keep employee records up to date as per International SOS requirements.
- Insights: Providing HR Reporting, basic analysis, and metrics

**About you**:

- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience across diverse and fast paced industries.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, time-efficient team player in dynamic settings
- Proficient in organizational and problem-solving skills, regulatory knowledge, and data analysis.
- Intermediate to advance Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Full and valid working rights in Australia
