This owner operated Perth based company is run by highly experienced property professionals with an impressive list of successful projects delivered by them and their experienced team.

They are a one stop shop for projects from capital raising and acquisition right through to delivery, sales, and leasing. They have a diverse portfolio of projects across education, retail, industrial, residential, childcare and land.

Due to ongoing growth and an increasing workload, they require an energetic ADM/Project Coordinator who is motivated by delivering quality outcomes. You will work closely with the Senior PM on a complex education project as well as various other projects.

To be successful you will have the below experience and qualifications:

- Tertiary qualifications in property development, construction, civil, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working within Construction or Property Development.
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.
- Experience dealing with engineering and design consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- You will have a high level of attention to detail.
- Exposure to feasibility studies, project programmes, budgets, costs, and profits.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft office.
