Handyman

**Acu-Tech, **a nationwide leader in the manufacture and supply polyethylene pipe, products and services, is seeking a **Handyman **to join our experienced and service orientated team.
- **What will be your role?**_

The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Facilities & Maintenance Department when it comes to providing maintenance, repair or installation jobs around business.
- **Key task and responsibilities**:_
- Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs.
- Perform repairs on company machinery, equipment or appliances.
- Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.
- Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems.
- **To be considered you must meet the following criteria**:_
- Previous handyman or trade assistant experience
- Ability to read and understand equipment instructions, work orders, and communicate effectively with co-workers.
- Valid Forklift Ticket/White Card
- Initiative-taking and a positive 'can do' attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
