**Responsibilities**
- Implement lead nurturing and demand generation campaigns in the HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Schedule and monitor social media posts
- Providing technical support, training technical team and systems users, and; Producing technical documentation.
- Understand sales pages, upsell pages and thank you pages that set results and outcomes.
- Thinks analytically and critically to come up with the right solution to address issues or concerns.
- Proactively determines any functionality that the site must support or develop from scratch to determine the type of technology to use and assess complexity.
- Designs web pages and funnel layouts based on end-to-end sales process and user experience using HubSpot and other tools available in a timely manner.
- Train and educate customers on how to effectively use HubSpot's tools
- Begin to strategize and launch growth-oriented campaigns with your customers
- Assist in architecting technical solutions for complex business processes and needs
- Lead multiple HubSpot implementation and integration projects

- Have incredible attention to detail and possess excellent writing and communication skills
- Are data-driven, results-oriented and adept at solving problems
- Excellent dashboard building and reporting skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently and with a variety of teams to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills, proactive and relentless in following through to meet deadlines.
- Solid background and experience in sales funnels and campaign builders.
- Above average technical documentation skills.
- Solid presentation and coaching skill
- Excellent communication skills.
- Average -advanced leadership skills.

Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 6 months of Experience in Hubspot, data analysis, and reporting
- Project management experience
- Customer Journey Mapping experience
- Hubspot Certified is a big plus
- Experience in Wordpress, CMS
- Own a Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps

**Schedule**:

- Day shift
