Korvest Ltd is the parent company of Korvest Galvanising and EzyStrut. Korvest Galvanising processes structural steel & components for both internal and external customers. EzyStrut is the market leader in cable and pipe support systems throughout Australia.

**Your new role**:
Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will assist in the design, engineering and certification of Korvest Products. Our mechanical drafters have at minimum, a basic understanding of general manufacturing processes and how they are communicated in drawings. You will be based at our head office located in Kilburn where our manufacturing, galvanising, warehouse and engineering teams service a national branch network of warehouses and sales departments.

You will actively assist in:

- the design, engineering, and certification of products,
- providing machine design and process improvements, and
- reviewing designs and manufacturing techniques to validate and certify documentation.

**You will bring**:

- A relevant engineering qualification
- Experience with mechanical equipment design, modelling and drawing, preferably within a workshop/manufacturing environment
- An understanding of general manufacturing processes and how they are communicated in drawings
- Experience with projects from conceptual design through to detailed engineering
- Experience with Revit is essential and Solidworks or Inventor experience desirable
