Hse Advisor

We are looking for experienced personnel to join our growing team of consultants and service providers to assist clients with their requirements.

The position is Sydney or Melbourne based and may require some interstate travel.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Experience within a manufacturing, warehousing or construction environment is an advantage;
- Knowledge of the ISO9001, 45001 and 14001 standards;
- Formal qualification in Safety and Quality auditing is beneficial;
- Knowledge and understanding of WHS principles including hazard identification, risk management and incident investigation;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to easily engage with clients and the ability to influence across business operations at all levels;
- Understanding of continuous improvement and change management programs.

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting clients with hazard identification, risk management and WHS implementation;
- Workplace site assessments and identifying opportunities for improvement;
- Assisting clients with implementation and maintenance of Safety, Quality and Environmental Management systems;
- Assist clients with SWMS and Safety Management Plans;
- Working closely with clients, fellow team members and external parties to ensure requirements are met.
