We are looking for Support Workers who are easy going, proactive, can be helpful without being intrusive and can pick up on when _and_ how our Client likes things done.

Really, it comes down to passion, care and common sense

You will ideally be able to assist our Client with personal care, getting ready for work, domestic duties, support with light gardening chores, and assisting her with shopping.

Just so you know our lovely Client really loves her family, her garden, her dog and a good chat, so an enjoyment of those things is a must

The roster consists of both morning and afternoon shifts across seven days a week. We are looking for passionate workers who have flexibility with their availability please.

**The base hourly rate is $33.21/hr plus penalties for qualifying shifts (not negotiable).**

You will have support in your role via a comprehensive care plan and support from our awesome Support Specialist team.

- **Your key responsibilities & accountabilities **_
- To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered
- Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients' needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist
- Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Clients needs
- Provide support to our Clients as required
- Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner
- Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required
- Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients
- To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals
- **To be Successful you must **_
- Resonate with the role description above
- Hold CPR and first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Hold NDIS worker screening or yellow card (or willingness to obtain)
- Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card
- Hold Certificate III in disability or related fields (or willingness to obtain
- preferred)
- Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia
- Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives
- Manual handling experience required
